Information support for municipal authorities of St. Petersburg

Since 2006 St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center provides software, hardware, information and content support to web portal Municipal authorities of St. Petersburg – омсу-спб.рф. It operates in accordance with state contracts signed by the Committee for interaction with executive public authorities and municipalities.

Portal Municipal authorities of St. Petersburg is a primary information source on the system of municipal authorities in
St. Petersburg, its activities as well as interaction between executive public authorities and municipalities of St. Petersburg. It informs population on various aspects of activities of municipalities, provides with regulatory, analytical and background information on issues relating to interaction between executive public authorities and municipalities of St. Petersburg as well as on issues of information support of municipal contracts.  

Portal contains information on each municipal entity of St. Petersburg.

Municipal entities, authorized in the system, are required to provide the following information:

  • General description of the municipality;
  • Municipal periodicals;
  • Municipal contracts with the City of St. Petersburg. 

Section General description includes information on the activities of a specific municipal entity, such as:

  • General information;
  • Activities of the municipal entity;
  • Population;
  • Municipal unitary enterprises;
